Product details
The Seymann Rosa Deum is an outstanding cuvée made from Red and Yellow Traminer as well as Green Veltliner, distinguished by its very limited edition of only 540 bottles. With an alcohol content of 13% and a dry nature, this wine unfolds a dense, floral-spicy nose accompanied by hints of vanilla, butter, and candied orange peel. On the palate, dense, rich fruit notes dominate, presenting themselves in a spicy and powerful, yet elegant structure. The long finish is supported by the corset of toasting and is refined with playful Gewürztraminer spice notes. An elegant and unusual dining companion, reaching its drinking maturity between 2016 and 2021. |
Recommended Enjoyment Moments with Seymann Rosa Deum |
The Seymann Rosa Deum is an ideal companion to sophisticated, spicy dishes or as an exclusive treat for special occasions. It pairs excellently with dishes of white meat, robust fish dishes, or aromatic cheeses. Serve this wine at a temperature of 8-10°C to fully unfold its complex array of aromas. Store the Seymann Rosa Deum in a cool, dark place to preserve its quality and flavor. Ideally, the wine should be stored in a wine cellar or a special wine storage cabinet. For the best taste experience, it is recommended to decant the wine before enjoying it. Enjoy this wine at its optimal drinking maturity between 2016 and 2021 to experience its full range of flavors. |
Seymann's Wine Craftsmanship: Harmony in the Heart of the Pulkautal |
In Seymann's wine craftsmanship, more than just wine is created – it's the essence of a deep love and dedication to viticulture in the picturesque Pulkautal. Seymann stands for a unique artisanal approach, reflected in every drop of their wines. With biodynamic methods and a distinctive signature, they bring the beauty of their land and sky into their wines.
The diversity of species and the revitalization of the soil are central elements of their philosophy. Seymann knows how to nurture the soil as a living ecosystem that stores water and nutrients and houses millions of living beings. This sustainable approach allows them to produce great wines even under the challenges of climate change. For Seymann, lived sustainability is a matter of course. With every glass of Seymann wine, one not only supports the diversity of life in the vineyard but also contributes to the economic, social, and spiritual vitality of the surrounding communities. Their commitment to the future is evident in their constant search for effective, dynamic solutions to the challenges of our time. Seymann's philosophy is reflected in their motto: "If you want to go fast, walk alone. If you want to go far, walk together." This African proverb underscores their belief in the power of community and collaboration to create exceptional wines that tell stories and connect generations. |
