The Moser Muskat Ottonel Astral is a natural white wine that enchants the palate with its exotic aromas and pleasant tannins. Cloudy straw yellow in the glass. Floral, scent of rose. With a bit of air, exotic aromas emerge. Lychee. Full-bodied and mild on the palate with a discreet sweet point of the Muscat grape. Light tannins noticeable. Muskat Ottonel as it should be according to Niki Moser's opinion... Apetlon/Seewinkel location. Crushed, 4 days cold maceration, then pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in a 2500-liter oak barrel.
