| The Silvaner 2022 is a good companion for vegetarian dishes, soups, cheese platters, as well as Mediterranean cuisine. Its spicy, mineral note makes it the ideal partner for cozy hours with friends and good food. The ideal drinking temperature is around 10 - 12°C. The wine should be stored in a cool place, ideally in a wine refrigerator. The optimal storage temperature is between 8 and 10°C. To preserve its quality, the wine should be protected from direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. |

| We have had Stephan Kraemer on our "wine radar" for quite some time, and now we finally have two of his wines in the webshop! All of his wines come from organically certified vineyards and are certified annually by an independent inspection body. The wines are aged in stainless steel tanks or German oak barrels. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts without temperature control results in wines with great individuality. A long contact with the lees for almost 12 months and a minimal sulfur addition at bottling, if necessary, accompany the aging process. He refrains from using fining agents for clarification and taste harmonization of the wines. Only sulfur is used for stabilization, well below the legal maximum levels. Ascorbic acid, gum arabic, meta tartaric acid, and other wine stabilizers are fundamentally avoided. His wines are minimally or not filtered, hence they may have a slight haze due to natural sedimentation. |
